Not really. Its basically guitar heros two but with 80s music. Just that nothing else at all! Unless that is all that you want the go ahead buy it.

srry I randomly left....and rock the 80's I never got. But if you like that music I geuss but It didn't seem worth it.
As for guitar hero 1 I liked that one a lot. A lot of good songs on there
Guitar hero 3 has some newer songs which are really fun too. But yeah I would say it is a bit harder. But once you get used to it it's not that big of a deal
