I knoww D=. I just can't understand what makes them feel so good about talking about eachother behind their backs, though. I mean, if someone walks away for a minute and they all talk about her, the same thing is going to happen to them in return. I don't know how they even have a sense of trust in these people, much less a full-blown friendship. Which must be why I'm a complete geek at school XDD. My friends and family have called me antisocial several times, as kinda a joke. But it's honestly the truth, I just want to be careful with the kind of people I befriend. Some of them are real jerks inside.

@Guardian_Soul - Right-click the clip you want to make do that, and select "Video Event Pan/Crop", just like you would in masking. Then you crop it, frame by frame, in all kinds of different directions x.X;. Depending on how fast you want it to shake, you'll give it more freedom to move, which means they keyframes are further apart from eachother on the Pan/Crop timeline. Use the upper Pan/Crop for this, not the Masking tool.

I've been thinking of using a trial version of Vegas and Adobe, so I can choose which I like better. They both look so cool! X3 And I'm beginning to hate WMM. It skips so much. Especially when I try to do advanced editing.

 

WMM is majorly frustrating, yeah x.X;.

I talked to a lot of people and looked up a lot of reviews before I bought Vegas. One of the reasons I got Vegas, though, was because I had previous experience to it via Vegas Movie Studio (which is a cheaper version you might want to look into), but since you don't you'll have to rely a lot more on other people's opinions.

I sorta...Interrogated one of my friends who had both a few weeks before purchasing Vegas XDD. I first asked him about Premiere, and he said that it was a little bit confusing, but it was pretty good. Then when I asked him about Vegas, he got all excited and went on and on about how I won't regret it if I buy it, and it's worth the money O.o;. So that was a +1 for Vegas.

I read the reviews for Vegas on Amazon, everyone who bought it loved it, and then I checked the differences between Premiere and Vegas on Wikipedia. It was sorta a confusing read o.O;. But after comparing them and looking at prices and everything, I chose Vegas ~.

There's a consumer level and a professional level for every editor (besides WMM XDD), and for Vegas this is Vegas Movie Studio. I'm not sure about Premiere, but I think it's Adobe Premiere Elements (okay, I freaked out after I saw a Premiere screenie, it looked more complicated than Vegas x.x). I started at the consumer level and upgraded to a professional editor (If you get Vegas, then buy from Amazon =3 I got it $150 off, by far the cheapest price)...The professional editor works basically the same, it just has a ton of extra stuff with it x.X;.

Well, I do believe your friend has Premiere, so you should ask them...Don't you have a friend with Premiere? XDD Who makes aweshum videos? I've seen one of 'em before...

Anyway, yeah, check out the trials and see whatcha like ~ =3. Just a warning, you HAVE to register the Vegas trial before using it, it works for 30 days without restrictions (or slapping a big "VEGAS TRIAL BUY PL0X KTHNXBAI" across the front of your video, which is wonderful XD or at least, I don't remember it doing that...). I don't know about Premiere, but just look around a bit, mess with the free trial, it's usually easy to decide once you've got a good feel of the program ^^.

 

Vegas is really good, I have no clue about Adobe.

Adobe's effects look awesome too. It's gonna be hard to decide. But I suppose I'll go with what has the easiest set up. ^^

Some things you need to know about Vegas is that it comes in three versions, Movie Studio, Platinum Movie Studio and the normal version. The one that most people buy would probably be Movie Studio because it is cheap and simple. Also it will give experience with other types of Vegas when you want to buy a new version.

One other thing I should probably mention is that the title/credits/text engine in Adobe is supposedly better, because it was inherited from Photoshop. This didn't bother me much because I hardly ever use text XDD. But it's...Uh...Possibly good info to know? ^^;
