That's all I can make out (and knowing how bad I am at Spanish, it could be wrong. Or Portugese. XD). Something tells me the first part is about them being a person from Spain, and the 'enga' makes me think of English, so maybe they were saying they can't speak English?

yeah everytime i play it from the beggining to the end its fine, but if I start somewhere else it plays a different part than whats suppose to be there.
