Yes, Roxas is celebrated on the thirteenth of every month. On all documents, for the day represented in each month, the date is written in roman numerals. (6/VI/07 OR VI Zexion 2007 OR 6 Zexion 2007) (3/III/07 OR III Xaldin 2007 OR 3 Xaldin 2007) The same is true with Roxas Day (6/XIII/07 OR XIII Zexion 2007 BUT NOT Roxas Zexion 2007).
