Digital Art Zelda Siggy

Well, today I got my copy of Adobe Photoshop CS. The first thing I created was this. Having mild experience upgrading from Elements to this, had me slightly prepared of what to expect. The text was really annoying, so in the end I went with an over-used pixel font. Expect an update with the text soon enough.

Ooh, he looks almost like he belongs with Squaresoft there. Nice job!

 

lol, theres no squaresoft anymore, its all square-enix. its pretty good, the render flows with the background and shows a little action. i'd say about a 9/10 or 9.5/10 after you fix the text.

 

Ah, I'm still calling it Squaresoft. When and why did it become "Square-Enix"? That sounds so...ugh...but maybe this isn't the right thread for that.

No offense, but I liked the first one better. This one...there's something weird about it.

 

Hm...

This time I tried a white bar with green text, if you still don't like it, I'll move on to a different style.

 

See, I don't know how everyone else feels, but I find the bar distracting. Better get a second opinion, though. I'm weird.

 

I'm not too happy with the bar myself. I just used it to make the text stand out. Do you have any decent fonts?
