Yeah, it is quite different. How far are you in it? I just got passed the fog to the 'Isle of the Gust.' So far, I'm a bit pissed this game claims to be a sequel to Wind Waker. No familiar characters besides Link and Tetra (who is barely in it >_>), too much mystery in the plot (by which I mean, we don't even know why we have to search for these fairies or use the phantom hourglass to get on the ship especially since Link almost made it on the ship by himself and with a faster ship he colud easily catch up to it and board it, and I'm sure by now we all realized the Ocean King is the captain of the Ghost Ship yet the old man is more of a mystery than the ghost ship's intentions and captain.), etc. It's getting better from it was in the beginning though atleast, Linebeck is turning into an awesome character(don't you love how he goes from being a braggy *****, to a coward, to having insight back to being a whiny *****? I find it hilarious :P), the controls are getting bareable, etc >_>

    [/random rant] :P

It's funny because the plotpoints you pointed out saying they were obvious are completely wrong =P Also, the Ghost Ship is hidden in uncharted waters, and the only way to get the maps to the Uncharted waters is to have the Fairy Spirits unlock the doors to the deeper parts of the Temple of the Ocean King

Really? Lawlz. The one thing that never fails with a Zelda game, no matter how much forshadowing they do, it's always different to surprise the hell out of you :P

    Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass

Basically a thread about the most recent Zelda game. I thought it was a little too easy but it was still really fun.

Oi! Yeah, you. There's already a Phantom Hourglass thread in this section :3 I'll PM a mod to merge this.

As for the game itself.. I haven't got it yet. Tis on my to-buy list, or at least ask for christmas.

    My bad, lol.
The part I didn't like is that you had to go back to the Temple of the ocean king over and over and over... It was kind of too easy for me.

    Omg bump lolololl

I actually borrowed this game from a friend, and I'm enjoying it greatly.

It's really fun and good enough so you won't smash your DS on the floor.

    Anyone got Friend codes?

So, I just beat the game and my friend was all
"LEMME PLAY! LEMME PLAY! LEMME PLAY!"
So he goes and takes for a while and his dad takes away his DS with the game still in so I couldn't have it back for 2 weeks.

Now he has his DS back and he won't even give the game back anyway.

I haven't bought it...but I watched someone play it at a friend's house...it actually seems very intriguing...and the story, it's so awesome...and the gameplay seems cool...I might buy it if my parents let me...
