Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds: Mark of the Knights

Roman laughed and Shinji ahd to ask. "What's so funny?" He asked as Roman looked at all fo them. "This isn't the end! An ultimate god has been unleashed!" Roman said as he started to crumble into dust. "If all four units are not taken before sunset, the King of the Netherworld will be revived, so I won't let you leave Fudo!" He said as he pulled on hsi arm to reveal a cybernetic one as he pulled a switch, causing an explosion as Yusei started to fall into the Ener-D's light.

"Yusei!" Shinji, Leo, Crow and Trudge cried out.

 

"Don't just stand there and yell his name help him!"

 

"Yusei!" Luna ran out onto the bridge and ran to him, hoping to catch him.

 

Shinji grabbed Luna's arm to stop her when the bridge collasped and jumped away back onto soild ground as Yusei fell into the Ener-D. "We didn't expect Roman to do this..." He said and looked at Carson and Trudge. "You better take care of these two." He said and trudge spoke. "You aren't thinking of...Your crazy!" He said and Leo wondered what he meant. "What is he planning?" He asked as Shinji took a few paces back.

"He's going in there!" He said and Leo's eyes widened. "But isn't going in the Ener-D a bad thing!? Someone stop him!" Leo said.

 

"Let Shinji do this, Leo. I believe that he and Yusei will come back......... I have faith in them......" Luna closed her eyes and put her hands together.

 

Shinji started into a run and leapt off the edge as he too fell into the Ener-D's light as Trudge looked over to the side. "He's crazy."

Shinji found himself standing with a barren wasteland and he rubbed his head. "I'll admit it, I just did something crazy and stupid at the same time." He said and started walking as teh scene changed and he found Yusei lying on thr ground and Shinji bent down. "Hey Yusei." He said, shaking hima bit as Yusei's eyes widened. "I remember...falling into the Ener-D reactor...Roman...wait, you shouldn't even be here!" He said and Shinji chuckled nervously. "In spur of the moment, I dived after you...well, if there's a way in here then the same can be said for the way out."

Yusei nodded but the ground started to sink beneath them. "...That's not good." Yusei said as hands tried to claw them inside the ground but a light shone as a figure stood there, wearing a lab coat and surprisingly similar to Yusei.

 

Luna stayed in her position, waiting for Shinji and Yusei.

 

A short conversation occured and then a flash of light sprung up from the Ener-D Reactor as Yusei and Shinji floated for a moment and landed beside them. "So, that's what your father wants huh." Shinji said and Yusei nodded. "Yeah, let's do it!"

Jack was approaching his control unit.

 

"Shinji! Yusei!" Luna ran to them and hugged Shinji.

 

Shinji smiled a held Luna gently. "Sorry we made you worry." he said and Trudge looked at him. "What happened?" He asked.

"We just had a meeting with Yusei's father who is encourging us to stop this madness." he said to him.

Soon, the duel of Jack and Carly begun to go underway

 

Luna looked at her arm. "Jack's dueling........"

 

Yusei nodded. "Then we should head over to Akiza, Jack can handle it by himself." Yusei suggested and ran for the entrance where hsi Runner and the Car was parked as everyone quickly followed.

 

Luna hoped that Jack was doing okay.

"We're almost to the Lizard tower, right?" Angel asked, looking at the Hummingbird sign in the sky.

 

Mina nodded. "Right, please be safe Altas-sama..." Mina said, praying

Yusei's group was heading for the Lizard Tower as Shinji relaxed in his seat, taking the middle back seat as Carson and Luna taken those, Leo always called on the front seat.

 

Akiza looked at the sky, hoping that Jack was winning.

Luna looked at the horizon, her mind on the thought of Shinji as a big brother.

 

Leo broke the silence. "...Were you scared?" He asked and Shinji heard him. "Didn't think of it at the time, my body moved before my brain could consider the situation, which I'm grateful for."

"...Luna didn't stop believing in you." He said and Shinji smiled. "I know, you didn't believe we'd return?" He asked and Leo quickly responded. "I knew you would return!" He defended himself as SHinji laughed a bit. "Leo, do you know what my name means?" He asked and Leo blinked. "It means to believe." He said to him

 

Luna smiled. "Didn't you hear what I said, Leo? I have faith in Shinji and Yusei.........."

 

"Then I will to! But don't think this means you and my sister are allowed to date without my permission!" Leo said as Shinji chuckled a bit. "The brother changes the subject rather quickly, so protective." He thought and smiled. "If I'm living with you as well, I'll have to watch myself and make sure Luna keeps you in check."

 

"Hey guys,what exactly is the plan?"

 

Luna looked ahead and hoped that Akiza and Angel would be alright.
