YouTube's New and Improved Upload Page

IMO the worst thing Google did to YouTube functionality is link it with Google accounts. is it so much to ask that I just have a YouTube account separate from the email I use for school and work? The only way around that is having multiple Google accounts, but now I'm constantly logging in and out of Google.

 

Well I mean it was kinda the first time the buy-out started encroaching on the YouTube experience hardcore
before that it was basically just a bunch of annoying aesthetic changes, headaches to be sure but nothing I can't put up with. Which... I guess that's what I'm doing now too... putting up with it... but there's absolutely nothing that can be done about it so
i still say we need to organize a mass exodus and gtfo of there, the only reason i go is for my subscriptions

 

This is why I only have one Google+ account. I don't have to worry about switching.

 

Honestly a lot of people have been jumping ship to DailyMotion or Vimeo. I might give them a try.

if not for them i would be long gone

 

I only have one Google+ account, an account that I didn't make as well, one Google just gave me because I had an account on youtube.

Dailymotion is great for Classic Doctor Who but I have never watched anything else on it, the search feature seems a bit broken to me.

It might be if you're switching your accounts around. Somehow, youtube will recognize if you change to, say, another google account that you use for business or school. It'll then switch your youtube around and make it oriented around that account. Sometimes I accidentally watch videos on youtube and they get added to the second accounts' history. Later on I wanna rewatch or share it and I can't find it :/
It's really annoying.
