I go to a pretty decent school, actually. Not much to say about it. I like the choices I have for classes, like Philosophy, Psychology, stuff like that. So, I enjoy it. It could be a whole lot better, but it's good for a public high school.

Private school. Ugly uniforms. Full of posers and athletes who think they're "all that." The art teacher is pretty cool though. Principal is a ****** to anyone who doesn't come from a "rich" family. It's only 5 years old though. And we had pretty good food until the old cooks quit.

My college is a decent campus...it's big, but not so big once you just walk around for 5 minutes--easy to take a mental picture of. It's very green and has lots of fountains. What I do love is that there are lots of trashcans--both regular trashcans and the recycling trashcans--so the campus is AMAZINGLY clean.

Oh, and there be lots of hot meat.

well I'll comment our high school. Graduated this June.

First off, it's a square with a stem off of it. There's a courtyard in the middle, but no one is allowed in it cause there may be the off-chance that the school could catch fire and you could possibly not get out of the courtyard.

We have a really old heating system which can become very disruptive during classes. Usually it's way too cold, or way to hot.
The outside walls used to be ALL windows(cept the new wing that was added few years ago), but they took out most windows leaving about two in every average sized classroom. They put panelling in instead. In the winter, it's really cold. THe panels don't insulate well.

hm... Mainly this is the art hallway, by the band room. Actually right in front of it. the wall is starting to kind of.. fall off? There's actually a patch they put to cover it up. The wall seems very flimsy, so we determined if someone rammed into it at a good enough speed and force, it would probbaly come down.

What's also funny is that we recently got motion-censored lights and they had to rewire the entire school in the ceilings and all, and one of the workers commented on how all the wings were nice and organized which made it easier to install the new lighting, but when they got to the art hallway, the wires were all just thrown up there and it took them a good amount of time to fix it up and install the lights.

We have an issue with land apparently. First off, we have our school, there's a parking lot, 6 tennis courts, a track, soccer field, and a practice football field. The football field we use for games against other schools and marching band shows is at an elementary school (which was the Freshman school, until they decided to put them with the sophomores, juniors, and seniors, which explains that). We have to use the public baseball fields, and the fields at the middle school for things like field hockey. That's always fun.

Our cafeteria is our favorite spot! It's in the basement, and it has no windows. There was no real lunch program until this last semster, and even that is kind of... bad. but it has greatly improved from no lunch program. They used to sell us things like chips and they had one cooler with milk. They'd order italians from a local restaurant. They used to make some things. Their pizza was nasty with their make-shift kitchen. The kitchen is still pretty makeshift, but the food is a lot better since they adopted that lunch program.

    some of our problems..
oh! our teachers actually didnt work with a contract this year. And they weren't provided tissues.
Yeah... did we mention we may lose our accreditation soon? We either have to build an entirely new school, or really, really fix this one up.

Well, to make sure the pedo-trolls don't hunt me down and steal my soul, no website shall be given or any other crucial information to locate my whereabouts...>=|

Well, my school is relatively nice. The teachers there actually give a **** about the students and their educations. They have some pretty awesome classes available for students and it is centered around the more educationally gifted students rather than the kids who just want to get by and do nothing with their lives.

The principle is kind of a ****** but only if you are a ****** yourself, so not to many people are on his "hate" list. So, a few of the members on this site would like this school because there are quite a few, beyond the spamming and the **** storms, are quite intelligent. So, ya, I like my school a lot. And it is pretty good.

The only windows in my old high school were in the cafeteria. So it was like a prison. We had SROs walking around. THe Fire Marshall's forbid the teachers from keeping their doors open so it was always really hot near the beginning and end of the year.
The teachers and administrators cared more about you being in dress code or on drugs than the education.
It was built for 1000 students
We had over 1500 so it was extremely crowded.
A fence goes around the school giving it more of a prison appearance.
Teachers have gotten in trouble for sexual harrassment.
A few teachers I've seen drunk...
And the guidance counselors pretty much try to scare you about college instead of helping you with it

It's a relatively good high-school, and the students are really laid back, and surprisingly mature for 16-19-year-olds. Our students are mainly here to learn, not to socialize. And we've got mainly good teachers here.
And it's relatively popular, since it's the only good Finnish-language high-school in town.

    Manly Vikings?

Why do I have a feeling you were the Wimpy Vikings... no offence

My school's known for cheerleading and futsal
They wouldn't let me in any of them because I was too good

We used to have a good happy principal who came to our school when I did, but instead of watching his beloved noobs graduate this year, he retired and now we have Dr. Evil and Ugly Rapunzal running the school now.

All I can say is my old school was absolute crap. The girls were fcukin btiches, the guys were fcuking **** and it was really annoying! There was no control, they made 3 teachers resign! It was also the center of al my cyberbullying problems...I hated it!!!

At least now I'm in a school where everyone's normal...and nice...and god! I've never been happier at school...[inb4nerdjokes]

The high school I go to doesn't have that great of a reputation. We use to be known as a school with a bunch of white, racist, rich kids to the other high schools but we aren't really like that, it's just our school is mostly population by rednecks who think they are cool (but they aren't). Though I'm pretty sure we have some of the best test grades in the area.

Our lunch food was good in the beginning of the year but I think the lunch ladies got a little slack at the end. We don't have uniforms, the principal is okay, and the school building is really, really old. That school is so old my mom and probably my grandma went there.

The teachers are sometimes okay, it really depends on who you have. During my freshmen year, the band teacher got arrested for harassing some girl from another high school. Then my homeroom teacher, and possibly one of the coolest teachers, got "suspended" or fired for punching a kid in the stomach but I'm sure that kid was doing something wrong at least.

Well, that's pretty much my school :'D
I have to go back at the end of August.

My School is really, really small....like our total amount of students is like 80-90 kids...It's also a priviate school and im in my third year of high school there.

Its good, just needs sme renovating and the teachers do acutally care about our education instead of going the to babysit us like some of the public schools in my area do. Just the same things a high school would encounter though with a small amout of kids. I've seen whores, jocks who think there badass but are really nerds, preggers, and jackasses all around.

My school was just awesome to me.
The year I joined was the year a new headteacher was appointed, and he was very strict on anti-bullying.
I remember in my first year there, I was thinking the school was crap, but after the new head reacted quickly to me being pushed down the stairs and expelling a lot of the ******bags in my year, I knew I was gonna love it :3

Some of the teachers there were the nicest people I've ever met. (I added one of the teachers on Learning Support to my Facebook cos he was so cool XD) Sure, they were as strict on the rules as the headteacher was, but they were still nice :3

I've finished school now, but I doubt College will be as much fun as school :P

My old school was contradictory. It was a catholic, uniform-wearing, 'we do this cause it's tradition' school. Yet I had some of the coolest teachers... then some of the worst. :.-.: It was weird, but I'm still gonna miss it!!

I go to an all boys Grammar School in England, one of the top 50 in the country. Its alright. Its funny because all the other schools think we're all nerds and posh people, but most of the students are actually loutish, stupid meatheads who cheated on the entry exam (Which a moderatley intelligant five year old could have passed). There are roughly 900 people, 894 of them are the stupid louts, 5 (One of which is me) try hard, get decent marks and try to be ourselves, and are instantly labelled 'freaks'. The other 1 person really is...he is shockingly...hes very...well. He has a poster of Margaret Thatcher in his bedroom, and he watches the changing of the Royal Guard at Buckingham Palace in his spare time.

    Yeah.

My school is pretty bleh. Bullying is frowned upon, we're all about the environment, and everyone is too encouraging for my taste. I see past all of the smiles. It's better than my last school u_u The academics are great. That's probably the thing I love the most. I could take AP classes starting 10th grade. The sports are fun, I played on the volleyball team and the soccer team.

My school is Catholic which I didn't realize until after orientation. Major oops there.

Other than that I love it. The food is great, people are nice enough, good staff.
    [Wow that sounds booring.]

My school is huge. Real huge. The school staff even considered giving a seven minute passing period instead of a five minute one since it was so big but they changed their minds. It's also a pain for a person to have a locker upstairs (like me) since most of the classes are on the first floor... Other than the size, everyone is mostly nice and my teachers are decent.
