Crash Bandicoot. Played it for quite some time, but I could never finish it 'cause I was absolutely terrible at it. And yes, I really hate what it is now.

^ This was the first game I ever played. I remember that day perfectly. It was Christmas and was not really expecting much. I was 8 and just wanted to be surprised. My first gift I open is this Spyro game. I am completely confused to why I received a PlayStation game when I do not even own the console to begin with. I opened up a larger box and there was the PlayStation. I literally ran up my stairs and opened the box. I plugged that baby in and started playing the game. My parents called me back downstairs because I had more gifts. I really didn't care but I still went down anyways. Nonetheless, it is my first ever video game.

    NES was my first system.
My first 3 games were Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt, Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles, and Final Fantasy.

Probably the first game I ever played was one of the Mario Party games on the Nintendo 64. I used to play it in my cousin's basement~

The first I actually owned was Powerpuff Girls: Paint the Townsville Green for Gameboy Color... don't laugh. :c

I probably played one of the first Super Mario games at some afterschool thing when I was 6 or 7, but the first game that we owned was the first Jak and Daxter. About five minutes into the game I got eaten by that freaking fish. I'm still traumatized.

I'm gonna have to be lame and say that I started with the original Super Mario Bros. on the NES. I can't remember it AT ALL because video games have been in my life for as long as I'm aware of having a life. But I owned that game, and NES was my first system. So it was probably either that or Mega Man 2. Much more vivid is my memory of playing the hell out of Sonic 2, 3, & Knuckles on the Genesis, but I know for sure that I came upon that system later. In fact, I think it belonged to my half-sister, so...

    You make me feel old.

    AND VASTLY SUPERIOR. *brick'd*

I have been gaming since before I can remember, so I'll just list the oldest things I can remember. I had a Game Boy Color with Pokémon Gold (my first generation), Pokémon Puzzle League, Tetris, some form of Cubix Racing (Cubix was this oooooold show on 4Kids I believe) and Winnie The Pooh. At the same time, I also had an SNES with Super Mario World, Jeopardy!, some form of Street Fighter (which my mom threw out stupidly because "oh, it's too violent"), Contra 4 (which never got thrown away), LoZ: A Link to the Past and some old Star Wars game. Sadly, she gave it away when we moved ("oh, you never played it so I just assumed I could").

It might have been Tetris, Mortal Kombat, or Crash Bandicoot. I really don't remember.

I believe mine to be either Super Mario Bros or Duck Hunt.
I'm pretty sure those would be it since we only had the NES.

And now I am in the mood to play them again.
