    I can't pick from one so i'll pick two;

    Deuce (Former lead singer of Hollywood undead )

    Even when he was with H.U and even now he's left, he does still make meaningful songs which i can really relate to such as; story of a snitch and the one. sure he makes a few obscure songs such as; nobody likes me and lets get it crackin' but overall he's one of my favourite singers since he brings together rap and rock AND because his lyrics are meaningful.

    Eminem; The same reason again for deuce, he raps about life experience or about his daughter. Yes now he does make typical songs but he's always been one of my favorite singers to this day, i haven't hated one of his songs.

    If it's purely on my favourite person who can sing and overall quality of the songs, I'd have to go with Maynard James Keenan, of Tool, A Perfect Circle and Puscifer fame.

    He's got such a range and unique ability to use his voice I hear of in any singer. His range really shows in the songs Count the bodies like Sheep to the Rhythm of the war drums, The Package, Momma Sed and Fiddle and the Drum, all differing in tone and beat, really gets to me his voice, and the music he plays is just so emotive, evocative and varied it offers a treat for all the different songs he has.

    I don't have a favorite. But one of the greatest singers out there is Anthony Green. He has his own solo project, but he's also in Circa Survive and formerly, Saosin.
    His voice is so beautiful, powerful, overflowing with deep emotions. It's also very unique. It takes a second to recognize him.
    Aaron Gillespie is a good one too.

    Jack Black. I don't feel like I need to explain this one.

    I can't name these guys off the top of my head but pretty much everyone from TSO(Trans-Siberian Orchestra) are great singers. They're just so technically talented and the sort of rock opera/musical style they bring is just amazing.

    Sully Erna is probably my favorite singer all around when it comes to stuff I listen to quite often. He's the lead singer from Godsmack. If I had to compare him to anyone, it would be James Hetfield(Metallica)...and probably Jerry Cantrell(Alice in Chains) except better than them. That's right fanboys, I believe Sully is better than both of those two. Though it really isn't hard to be better than Hetfield. >>

    I could make a longer list of other lead singers(RED and Breaking Benjamin for instance) but the ones above the first that came to mind.

    Okay, I'ma break it down. Here's my three favorites.

    Female Singer: Minnie Ripperton
    She's just...amazing. She portrays emotion so amazingly. You just feel something from her songs. And her high notes are not to be trifled with.
    Male Singer: Frank Ocean
    He's one of the last true R&B singers. Most so-called R&B artists are wannabe rappers, this guy keeps it real and relatable. He conveys emotions that you immediately feel and sings about situations you can relate to.
    Metal Singer: Bruce Dickinson
    He's just got an arean-filling, powerful voice, man. The video of him performing "Iron Maiden" in Santiago, Chile? Amazing.

    Hayley Williams. No real reason other than she is stunningly beautiful, has the voice of an angel, and makes beautiful music. <3

    Corey Taylor. Yes, the guy from Slipknot. He can scream, but his normal singing voice is actually amazing. He does a cover of Chris Isaac's 'Wicked Game' and I get chills

    Stone Sour-Through Glass Lyrics: ★★Best Quality★★ {HQ}
    ^That one. Through Glass. Its amazing

    I also love Adam Gontier (Three Days Grace) I just think he has such an amazing voice
    Three Days Grace- Never Too Late Lyrics

    And last, but dear god so not the least, is the wonderful, legendary Chester Bennington

    ^Not his best song, not my favourite song, but definitely one that shows off his non-screaming voice perfectly :)

    Justin, the lead singer of Blue October.

    The man has so much emotion and pain in his voice when he sings, you can tell he really feels it.
