"No!" Bella kicked his shin, turning and running down the row or buildings, it was a dead end though, there was no place to go. She pulled her dagger from her belt, holding it protectively in front of her.

 

*pulls out sword*

"Stop! Matthew yelled knocking erin out

 

Bella stood in shock, trembling in fear. She clentched the dagger hilt tightly, feeling the metal cut her palms a little in her hard grip. She didn't let go though, she couldn't move, too horrified to do much.
"Matt..." She whispered.

 

*Matthew piced her up and ran*

 

She still trembled as he carried her away, still holding the dagger tightly. She realized just how close she'd come to fighting Erin.

 

*caries her to Anna's house*

 

Bella realized she still held the dagger and tried to ease her grip off of the hilt. Her fingers felt frozen there.

 

*walks into the house and lays her in bed*

 

Bella finally pulled her hands off the dagger, seeing both of her palms were cut and bloody from where the hilt had dug into her skin.

 

*Matthew went back to work*

"hi" anna said

*Anna starts wraping up Bella's hands*

 

Bella swallowed. "...hi..."

 

"Erin can b realy scary"

 

"Tell me about it." She swallowed.

 

"I just did" she said with a grin

 

Bella smiled back, weakly. "What the heck does the king want with us anyways? Why cant he leave us alone?"

 

"we r a threat to him"

 

Bella stopped, examining her bandaged hands for a moment before looking up at Anna with confused eyes. "A threat?"

 

"we won't noll over and play dead at his will!"

 

Bella laughed. "We're a threat cause we don't listen?"
