Made this loosely following a tutorial. I wasn't sure what to do with the colors, so I left them for now, but Cnc?

 

i would cut out the person standing behind her and the fence on the left side of her. then you can put the colors from the bottom as a background. you can also try filling the text with a color that would show up against the other colors, like white. besides that its good.

 

If I filled took out the fence (lol that's a Paramore song) and Zac (that's who's standing behind her) then it would be much too boring.

The text is meant to be like that.

I can say to add a light position, maybe near the guy? It'll kinda' get him away from the focal point, since you want the girl as that. She's oversharpened. The colors look kewl, but it could use more details overall. Really nice work ^^

 

Yeah, for some reason when I resize things they don't get blurry, but really really sharp. o.o

But I'll work on that.

I'll work on the lighting as well. Usually I add the lighting after coloring, and since I didn't do any coloring I guess I forgot, lol.

And as you may know, I think simple sigs, but I might make another version.

It just kinda looks like the person who originally made this didn't hardly do much except add a few waves and text. It looks well though. Paramore is hawt. >:]

 

The stock/person is extremely jagged. If it was originally high quality, I'd suggest fixing that. Like. As soon as you can.

The effects are very nice. If you can add some more colors, and fix the light, I'm sure it will look pro. =D
