The hand in the background is not needed. Overall, the appearance is a bit rough. I think that the coloring is incredible. Good job overall. 7/10

You colored that your self? Wow that's just...wonderful. The flow is nice and the effects in the back are good but it seems like theres a hand behind his hair...whatever it is, it's distracting me.

 

Now that Ghetto mentioned the added hand I can hardly stop staring at it either. Along with that red/green line, it does risk distracting too much. Would a layer setting that picks up the layers below it (like multiply would) help better? You seem to have added a copy layer of the hair as well? A little confusing, but it took me a long time before I noticed that.

The actual colours itself I like a lot - the scan already added a nice texture feel, so I like especially how the skin tone turned out. Hmm, not easy to see that he has any glasses on tho, since you make the eyes stand out more. Yet, I like that effect. It's pretty cool. :> The image overall has a nice sense of movement.

Clean his face up it is too grainy, filter his ass plox.
