358/2 Days Xion Discussion Thread

I'm sorry. I was wrong, you were right. It is fanart, but it's accurate fanart. Sorry again.

 

I like her! As for whoever said she's Kairi's nobody...that couldn't be true unless we weren't told the truth about Namine. At the moment, we know that Namine is Kairi's nobody, so Xion couldn't be, plus her name wouldn't be a proper anagram if it was true. I do think she, Kairi and Aqua all have a connection somehow...

 

It's already confimred that she's a Nobody. It is also told that she has a "Special birth", much like Roxas and Naminé. Of course, you also can't ignore the fact that she looks EXACTLY like Kairi (only with her KH1 short hair), even more so than Naminé. There's no doubt that by this point, Xion's is Kairi's Nobody. The question is -- how, when, where, and why?

Xion's english voice

Anyone hear think Xion will be voiced by the same person who voiced Kairi? Other than hair color they do look the same?

 

Most likely. Not fond with Hayden doing Xion though, even if it will be a must.

Xion resembles Kairi more than Namine, don't you think?

 

Quite so. I honestly don't mind as long as the voices aren't screwed :S

 

I don't think so. Roxas and Sora and Xehanort and Xemnas had different voices. Why should Kairi and Xion?

 

I guess it's because Kairi and Xion are so similar. Well that, and I think someone said Xion had the same Voice Actor in Japan as Kairi.

 

I'm not sure if thats true or not. Anyway, in ENGLISH they won't have the same voices. Thats what I think anyway.

 

Meh, it would be cool though. Although Jessie McCartney sounding more "emo" would be weird.

 

Xions fighting style

I dont know, if anyone else noticed, but Xion holds her Keyblade exactly like Sora and Roxas (In that leaked trailer).
This could mean, that Xion has more deeper connection to Sora than most of us has want to believe.
I just hope, that they dont copy KH1 Soras fighting style to Xion as they did for Roxas.

 

All we really know is that she fights with a Keyblade and can use magic. Thats all I found out anyway.

 

I know, that we dont know her fighting style, but i wanted to point out, that she holds her Keyblade just like Sora.

 

Its obviously hinting a conection there.

The kingdom Key is kind of a give away also.

 

I hope her VA isn't Hayden. Since she's been on Heroes she's been so stuck up.

They do sound like the same voice actor in japenese, so it does kind of look possible that it'll the same for english too.

Although I wonder if she'd sound like the original Kairi, or the KH2 version?

 

Oh, of course she looks exactly like Kairi. That was the first thing I noticed about her. There's no doubt she's a nobody, but I doubted that she was Kairi's nobody because of Namine's existence. Hmm...could Kairi somehow have two nobodys? I hope not, because that really wouldn't help the whole Mary Sue argument...

 

well, namine...isnt exactly an proper anagram either XD.

the resemblance to kairi cannot be a coincidence, but she also looks a bit like aqua...but then again there arent to many girls to compare her to.
