  2. I now have a new theory. But that is eerily... Seemingly perfectly correct.

That pic really does make alot of sense. And the person who made this pic as a great observation sence, i didn't noticed(and probably would never have) the details in the Bald man keyblade...And we have already seen Xehanort's Heartlees take over Riku, so this wouldn't be that surprising...

whoever came up with that theory has great observation skills. that pic could tie in the whole "Memories of Xehenort" thing. xehenort's past...i never thought about it...and i didn't realize that ansem found him on the street.

It makes sense, but I don't want Xenahort to be a knight...
I guess we need to wait.

Does this mean that the blue-haired person could have been one of the test subjects?

Hm... That certainly is interesting. It does look that way. It almost looks eerily similar to Riku's situation.

Wow. That makes a lot of sense in some sick and twisted way.

The only part I'd disagree with is the eyes thing. I'm not sure if that'd happen, though it's possible.

I pretty much buy this one 100%. :/

Okay, this is what I'll believe until the new installment comes out or Tetsuya Nomura releases more information:

I believe the old man was the true Xehanort, and took over the brown haired soldier's body. He then was released from Xehanort's control when he become a heartless.

Then, Xemnas with his full memories as Xehanort, tried to continue business with the solders by keeping or has already been keeping two of them in pods for an unknown reason, and meeting with the other, and calling him an "...old friend.".

The two solder's that were kept in pods were ether released or disposed of since they were no longer there when we see them in the pods when we play as Roxas and Sora. The Enigmatic Soldier mentions his hatred toward Xehanort, which proves he has some connection with him, and he most likely met up with Xemnas to negotiate or fight for the other two solder's freedom.

In support of your theory, what if that dark knight baldy summoned was the memories of Xeha which baldy turned into a being. It only said memory which is singular and there was only one summon. I bet if that old guy wanted to he could have summoned more. But he didn't because there was only one

HEY! This could very well explain why that "Dark Knight" looks soo healthy in physique (since it's made out of the memories fo the Bald Guy in his Youth!).

Wow! maybe 'Memories of the Mind' is the next 'main dish' for Nomura.

Since we're talking about links between characters (namingly Baldy and Larry), I'll post my wonderings here : so I wonder, what does it mean that Saïx and Xigbar have yellow eyes and pointy ears, just like Baldy, just like Xehanort's Heartless, and like Larry and Xemnas (at least for the eyes) ?

My general idea for the secret ending, stemming from this excellent theory, is that it happens in the past, just after the Keyblade War (which according to Xigbar, who seems to know much about Xemnas, happened before Xehanort was found by Ansem), which would explain the hundreds of Keyblades, maybe weapons that belonged to now fallen Keyblade masters. The only survivors to this war would be the three Knights and Baldy.

Baldy kills the two other Knights and takes Larry's body ; shadowjak pointed out the fact that Xehanort's Heartless was able to posess Riku's body only because he gave in to darkness. But when you think about it, he could have used Kingdom Heart's power and the hate in Larry's heart to take over (hate being a feeling that feeds the heart's darkness, and Larry said to Sora all he had left was hate). It could mean that Baldy was already a Heartless at the time, needing a (new ?) host body. But like others say, something goes wrong and he loses his memory, maybe because Larry's heart resisted.

Xehanort is found by Ansem and what we know about him happens.

We know that Xemnas is talking to someone in the "Room of Sleep", this someone being apparently the girl knight's armor, empty. But even though it's empty, Xigbar says he heard Xemnas talking to someone and this someone responding. Now comes the problem : if Baldy took Larry's body, how could Larry have fought Sora in KH2FM ? Maybe because what you fight is only an empty armor animated by Larry's heart ; after all, a Keyblade master's heart is supposed to be particularly powerful. If Larry can do this, maybe the girl knight can as well, which would explain why she supposedly talks with Xemnas.

Well, those are mostly theories, not very structured or backed-up by formal evidence.

I like the theory the old guy being Xehanort, and he takes over the knights body, but there is a small problem. This game, despite magic and certain physical abilities being enhanced, has followed the laws of physics. If the old guy had taken over the knight's body, then why would he be in the game the same time the Xemnas nobody is trying to take over Kingdom Hearts. There cannot be two of the same people in the same dimension at the same time. It would break oh so many laws. I'm not trying to be a downer and if there is a flaw in this fact let me know. I want the old-guy-possessess-the-knight-theory to work too!!
