Did they actually confirm it yet?
I'm pretty sure that's just a rumour and that nothing official is out yet.
Although, people are assuming that it'll be $250-350 anyway. So bah.

My guess is that it'd have to be in order to compete with the 3DS, when both systems first came out I think they were around the same price anyway.

    I know it's not really $599 guys, it's a meme on /v/. I honestly wouldn't be surprised though.

Like I have said earlier, appealing to what the laws are now is not a valid argument. Also, you clearly did not read that well enough. If the police own the roads, then they can set conditions for those who drive on them. And so on...

Tch... More appealing to authority. Why do so many arguments assume that the current set of laws is something to base ethical arguments on? See the video below for a basic concept representation of why this is a fallacious thing to do.

That is my point. The current analogies are directly linked to current rules of authority, and are, as such, poor analogies for the situation.

Ahh. Sorry then. Generally speaking, though, the principle of scenarios is that you bring them up and try to satisfy with your own policy. If no scenarios are mentioned, then your policy does not come up. It is worthless.
