Wouldn't it be possible for two people from other dimensions to meet via Time Travel?

It should be possible, but it should be referred to as alternate universe as opposed to dimension. An Alternate dimension can imply anything really, and that can complicate said meeting like if time and space are oriented in a different way in one dimension. If you change it to alternate universe you have time and space working the same in each one, therefore it would be possible for two people to go back to a point where they could meet before time branched off. Of course the universe after that would have changed causing both universes that they came from the cease to exist as the divirgence would not occur, and they would be experiencing the same new universe they create together through their meeting.

 

ummm......no becuz time travel is impossible. i think ppl are getting Intelligent mixed up with science fiction. just becuz its' scientific doesn't mean it's intelligent

First off this thread is old and dead so posting here was for the most part meaningless.

Second, the question was hypothetical since it's very obvious that we cannot travel backwards in time so you comment didn't even add to the thread at all.
