Kingdom Hearts II Would the Nobody and Heartless...

Beconsidered as ...well.

Nobodies would be somewhat Undead? [They don't exists]

and Heartless would be like Dark sins of the past, manifested for the the present? [Dark spirits in some way?]

Ive been wondering if Nobodies, if they dont exists, Means they are animated bodies of darkness like Zombies...

Only they dont moan or walk awkwardly or let there limbs fall off at some point or intervail?

And heartless, they move about using "The Corridor of Darkness" They do come as a spirit like being in the under world. Plus if you destroy one, another comes back.


In someway like if you tried to throw a punch at a ghost, Your hand would go right through and the Ghost would continue its spooky horror?

 

Let's put it this way. Heartless, being the darkness in all hearts come alive, would probably be considered permanent sins in life, and nobodies, being the empty heartless shells of those without hearts, would most definatelly be considered as the Living Dead, or as I like to call them those guys that are dead but not really dead because they're not acting like they're dead. Heartless would have another name too: It would be the dark side of the heart.

This being said, the Dark side of the heart is what creates the Living Dead, aka Nobodies. Besides, an undead person can walk like a human so long as they don't hunch over with their arms pointed towards the ground and looking up at you in the undead-ish way. That's scary sh*t.

But, since we know Nobodies and Heartless aren't supposed to exist, let's just call them "The Unreal" for now.

 

your theory is interesting and it sounds about correct (esp. since nobodies act like zombies)

 

I would place Nobodies more as ghosts that are physical, or in a way Vampires. I don't see them as zombies at all considering zombies are usually pretty dumb and going around for brains. The Nobodies were intelligent and were seeking their hearts back and vampires often seek to return to normal. Also, zombies decay and rot, and the Nobodies also seemed to be more like vampires in that I don't think they really aged and were kind of stuck as how their memory recalled them to look like.

As for Heartless, they were more the zombie sort in a way, because they had no soul, consciousness, were just animated darkness that roamed around to feed on Hearts much as zombies just go after living stuff. So though it's not a perfect match, to me that's more of where zombies would fit. Heartless in their way are kind of like parasites that just feed on the living.

 

My personality is to keep it simple, so here's your answer:

Heartless are Heartless and Nobodies are Nobodies.

 

So, instead of brains, the nobodies say "Heeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrtttsss..."
