Chain of Memories Would anyone want a KH: Chain of Memories Final Mix for the gameboy?

Who among here would like a Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories Final Mix?

Yeah, I know there's RE:CoM; besides it; y'know, for the GBA! Think about the people that don't have PS2's! *sob* (although I am getting one)

I've played it, but it's a little boring after you finish Riku's story. Of course, the Link mode is something to keep you interested, but there's a lack of Secret Bosses, Secret Sleights, Secret Cards, and... and... Secret "Whatevers" in the game!

So if you'd like one, what would you like to have on the game?

As for me, I'd like to fight some more bosses like Shadow Sora,etc. or even just Re-fights with the Organization. And MORE CARDS!!! for better Link Mode experience.

Now would someone pity me and reply? :D

 

Riku needed cooler battles in my opinion. Sora could fight Cloud, so why couldn't Riku fight Sephiroth? (I know the actual answer, but it seems more fair that way).

Also, I would have both Card Soldier enemy cards available for Sora, or at least the Black Card Soldier card for Riku. It makes a great add-on for cards like Oblivion.

It would've been fun to have additional memories to come into the worlds if you revisit them at certain times. Like a Cerberus battle for Olympus Coliseum, giant sized battles against those that had giant forms in KH1 (Parasite Cage, for example). I think it would have been good to have a plain old Maleficent or Jafar battle as well.

In my opinion, there should have been a secret Chernabog battle, and maybe a Behemoth one as well.

I would also have kept Deep Jungle, but I know why it's not in so I'll just forget about that World. Or at least keep the KeyBlade and the boss battle and just have it in a secret room in Castle Oblivion or something.

Dumbo needed more Sleights. All he has is Splash, and it's terrible. All the other Summons had at least something more like Summon + Attack card + Attack card, or Confuse for Genie and Tink. They probably could have gotten away with having Dumbo be a card for Confuse.

Cure Raid. Uh... Sora hurls the KeyBlade and it spins around him while letting off healing magic. I think that would be a very fun Sleight to use (although I wouldn't use it in serious battles).

Have the option of having your Friends not show up during battle. Like, taking off Donald and Goofy in NeverLand so that all your Friend cards would just be Peter Pan. Or take off Ariel so you won't get her in Atlantica, etc.

Lastly, I would have kept interaction with people in the memory worlds, like Leon to talk to at the entrance and the exit of Traverse Town, for example.

And I would have all the Re:CoM stuff as well, like Dueling and the Zexion battle.

 

You just read my mind, especially about keeping Deep Jungle in the game and interaction with the "memory" characters in the game, because once you've gotten to the hidden rooms in those worlds and taken the treasure, there's no more reason to return to that world!

Cure Raid? Wow, that'd be wierd. I can't think of a reason to use that.

And what is the reason why Riku couldn't fight Sephiroth (that would've been so cool)? Is it because he's not in Riku's memories? Because that'll be wierd 'cause Riku got to fight some other bosses that weren't even in his memory (or so I think).

Despite the fact that they already have COM on GBA and they would most likely put it on DS instead.

I think the remake should just stay on the PS2. I really didn't like it on GBA and I doubt my mind would change if it was put again on 'DS'.

 

Nah i don't think they should. I doubt many people would buy it because RE:CoM is out now.

 

Agreed. Itd be so cool, but, that would be the third version of the game. Im pretty sure they wouldnt even think of doing that because it would probably not sell to well, especially because its really only an intermediate game between KH1 and 2 :(

Plus theyre probably trying to focus their efforts on KHIII :]

 

I would, for the simple fact, my mom won't let me own a PS2....

My friend says it should come out as a PC game..O-o

 

I agree with you alot man!Also it would be cool if you could fight ansem in sora mode,Go to the end of the world to!Also it would be cool if you presed the A button while getting the Keyblade back from Strike raid it would attack again like KH1.And I can go on and on.

 

I really don't think it's possible to add extras on the GBA. They've already used up a lot of space on the chip with the CG scenes. I'm really thinking that Square and Disney is done with Chain of Memories. But it would be cool if they made a game a little similar to COM, and put it on the DS. Maybe like a Heartless fighting game.

 

A PC couldn't handle such a game, considering the fact PS2 games already run slowly/skip while playing it on a computer...

 

well if they put it on DS they should put real reaction commands unlike Re:com.
and the DS would be great cos it has similar buttons like the ps2 for similar gameplay and i love the zexion fight even if its rather random

 

I would want it one the DS or the playstation 2. It would just in my opinion be better for sales.

I reeeeeeeeally want one. i can't get it coz Egypt (where I am) kind of sucks and has no new games. i was lucky to find KH 1 and 2 in Virgin mega store. I can't get it at all and i am a number 1 fan! I need IT!! :( :( :(

 

I agree with all those things they should put in the game..but I also think they should have added a room in Castle Oblivion where you could fight any of the OrganizationXIII members just like in that area in KH2: Final Mix+ but they would be card battles. And since in Chain of Memories you never fight Xemnas and you don't know what he looks like...they should make that the secret battle from the first KH Final Mix. They should have also added all the other secret boss battles like Kurt Zisa, Phantom, Ice Titan, and Sephiroth. It would give you a reason to level up and play the game more even after you beat it. I was going to level Sora up to 99 but after I beat Marluxia and beat Sora's story...I just quit levelling up because there's no reason or point in doing that...Except to be able to say that I did it....so I just gave up on it. =(
