Celestia turned to Talanb. "Is he always like this? I don't mean to be rude, but he's not very sociable."

 

He took a cookie out of his pocket and put down his hood.Other than the blonde hair he looked almost like sesshomaru.

 

Celestia couldn't help but stare, she had never seen anyone like him. She smiled and stepped back, as if nervous of the new stranger. He was certainly not what she expected. Talanb seemed to know and like him though.

"Tell me...what is your purpose in life."

 

"To protect my people, stop evil if I can and eventually marry and take my place in the family."

Celestia was intrigued. A philosophical demon? She had never met one before. She decided to risk being rude.

"And what is yours?"

 

"To destroy the one called Naraku...and finally meet Inuyasha."

 

"Well I'm afraid I don't know them, but I'm sure I'll tell you if I meet them. Are you........friendly?"

Celestia nervously held out her hand. He was either friendly, or she would have a fight on her hands.

 

He extended his hand in friendship.

 

She shyly took his hand and gently shook it, blushing. He didn't say a lot, but sometimes actions spoke louder than words. She relaxed and listened attentively for his next words.

 

His ears twitched."I hear something!"

 

Celestia had sharp elven hearing, but she could hear nothing. She looked at Talanb, then back to Jon. "What can you hear?" she whispered. Her hands went instinctively to her swords.

 

"I don't know...but it's coming closer."He reached for his sword.

 

seeing his movement Celestia drew both swords and stood ready. She hoped that she was doing the right thing. She wondered what they were going to fight.

 

"do you think it's him?" I asked jumping up and grabbing my sword of earth I could sense danger well. But his senses had always amazed me. I began too sense it too but something just didn't seem rght.

I charged through the front door and drew my sword of earth.There were many shadows, it was a dark night tonight the night was filled with darkness.I looked around slowly, carefully scanning every small inch in sight, but there was nothing to be seem but there had to be something Jon's senses never lied, ever. I returned to the inn cautiously. I could not understand it, surely there was something there something dangerous if it would attract Jon's senses.

 

Celestia looked confused. Everyone was ready to fight but there was nothing there. Perhaps Jon had made a mistake. Talanb seemed to believe him though.

 

"I smell demon blood."

 

Celestia began to wonder if the moonlight wasn't affecting these two. She sensed nothing. Jon was a strange character.

 

"hm demonic eh? hmmmm I am surprised I could not track it. Then perhaps it is high class". Talanb was worried he knew the strength of high demons and did not like it. "i wonder....".

 

celestia had heard about fighting demons, and had even taken part in a fight once. She remembered how hard it was. There had been a group then and three members had not returned alive. However Jon was a demon, so they had a chance. She had to protect Talanb.

 

"I think something has been killing demons" and maybe theyre coming for you Jon he said in a hurried tone"we have to get out of here it could be demon slayers".
