Celestia smiled. She was tired and felt safe with Talanb. I meal with good company was ideal.

"Thank you" she said, walking in and sitting at a table by the fire.

"Shall we order."

 

"yes it seems uh natural let us see" *30 ehn later* "so it's decided roasted chickens mixed sprinkles of tarn meat"

 

Celestia enjoyed eating with Talanb she had decided. He was charming and kind. She ate with him. Making sure he ate the larger amount. He needed his strength, and she was sure that the shock of fighting Zeke had affected him. "What do you prefer to drink?"

 

"natural spring water of course" he said softly smiling he enjoyed spending time with celestia. It gave him strange emotions that he did not understand but he liked.

 

"Then I will drink the same. We drink the pure waters in my home. There you would be treated like a lord."

Celestia looked into his eyes and smiled. She felt warm towards Talanb, and wondered what he thought of her.

 

"surely not i'm too monstrous most of the time." *talanb started to blush*

 

"You are no monster, just an unfortunate soul who is tormented."

Celestia lowered her head and looked at Talanb shyly. She could see him blushing and was trying hard not to blush herself. She refilled his beaker from a jug, and handed the beaker to him.

 

"thankyou it is appreciated but i don't think i will ever be able to safely enter the elven homelands" he looked out of the window the moon was full and there were many stars the curse would be srong tonight. he feared that it would be too strong for celestia tonight he had tried to remove it several times but it seemed zeke had grown into someone much stronger thsn he used to be."you should get that curse checked out it might be dangerous".

 

"Where would be the best place to do that, or can you do it?" Celestia found herself blushing, so she averted her gaze. Talanb had a strange effect on her, and she was unsure of how to react.

 

"i could give it a try i have lots of herbs and rmedies in my room and I know lots of different methods"

 

"Then I will put myself in your care. If I can do anything for you in return, you need only ask."

Celestia really did trust Talanb.

 

A hooded figure appeared."Bevare the darkness.........."

 

'Oh not another vampire.' Celestia though. Her hand swiftly moved to aura of flame.

"Who are you and what do you want?"

She put herself between the stranger and Talanb.

 

"wait he's one of us" talanb exclaimed "are you feeling calm today my friend? so what are you feeling like today vampire or elf?"

 

Celestia relaxed and lowered her sword. "I'm sorry, it's just I've had a bad encounter with a vampire, and I'm still jumpy. You are a friend of Talanb?"

She stepped back and stood next to Talanb.

 

we have met once or twice he tends to warn people he feels he shoud he knows many thing's and he should know by now he does not need to hide his face on this inn."

"you know you are welcome here.... jon"

 

"Hello Jon. I'm pleased to meet you. I'm Celestia. Are you an elf as well?" She offered a drink to Jon. "Would you like to join us?"

 

He did not answer.He merely looked at the sky.

 

Celestia resisted the temptation to poke him to see if he hadn't died. He was a strange one. She had discovered that this land was much stranger than home.

"Are you alright Jon?"

 

"you probably don't remember me" i said quietly but loud enough that he could her me.
