Why are all of your stocks so stretched out?
Hold SHIFT when resizing.
It's pretty cool, nice, cool, and seems gentle.
Maybe adding more effects without overdoing it (Like that MCR tag you did), it woul look awesome.
Just try and and experiment, and see what looks good.
This is one of your best, if not the best.
You're getting better, so keep it up ;).

agreed,and i mentioned shift in another of your tags.keep on trying.and i think i got a tutorial that i think you can manage to do.its fairly easy.

 

It looks a little stretched out, but the whole blue thing reminds me of water and is very relaxing. Nice job. ^^
