When even Snooki of all people is criticizing you, you know you fail at life. Poor little girl. I'm surprised that whoever is running the salon didn't get into legal trouble too, they never should've let a child farther than the reception area...
I don't personally see why the mother would get in legal trouble. I mean, it wasn't the smartest idea to do that, but did she bring her to the salon with the intention of doing that. By the looks of it, I would have to say no. Not only that, but how was she supposed to know she would get burned?
plenty of bad parents out there. she's not the first or the last to do something stupid with their kids. i'm just surprised her skin hasn't melted off yet from all that tanning.
That's what I was scratching my head at too. I figured it was like when restaurants can get busted for serving alcohol to minors, even if it's the parents letting the kids have "just a sip." Doesn't seem like this is the case here.
