"and its my fault." he ran off. Getting to the river he jumped in and went under, hoping to drown himself.

 

"NO!" she shouted. She stood up. He paws still hurting. She ran over into the river. She didn't care about the deepness of the water, she wanted to rescue Lupin. She dove in and bit his ear, pulling him up to the surface.

 

Just as he got to the surface part of his ear tore off. He yelped and swam back to the shore. His ear was bleeding. "Why did you stop me, I caused you pain?"

 

"You did nothing. My father did." she said. She licked the sore behind his ear.
"I'm sorry for hurting your ear, but I had to save you. I don't want you hurt, I love you," she said. She realized what she said then backed up a bit. She blushed.
"I mean. I aahum," she said softly.

 

"But I-" he stopped when she told him that she loved him. his scar glowed. "Uhhh....I well I mean me too." His scar glowed even harder. Suddenly there was a soft thunk and an arrow stuck out of Lupin's chest. He looked shocked. "Hunters," he managed to whisper before he collapsed.

 

"LUPIN!" she shouted. She looked around and got in a fighting stance. She growled.
"I'll protect you Lupin," she said.

 

"No...run..." He bit the arrow and pulled it out slowly. Blood trickled out but he ignored it. "Come on!!"

 

She nodded.
"Be careful running," she said. She started running with him.

 

He ran with her but stumbled and fell. He quickly got up and continued. "My den will be safe." They ran to the den.

((ok so the leader is the most feared wolf in the pack so..yeah))

 

Once upon the arrival at the den, she laid down on the ground.
"You okay Lupin?" she asked.

 

Yes I'm-" "Lupin!" Then out of the shadows stepped....the leader of the pack.

 

Natalie jumped back frightened.

 

The leader chuckled. "Its alright," he said in his deep voice. "Kai!" he called. The alpha female came. "Yes," said Kai. "Tend to the girl while I take care of Lupin." "Yes."

15 MINUTES LATER
"Feel any better?" asked Kai. "How about you Lupin?"
Lupin nodded.

 

"Thank you Kai," she said smiling.

 

She nodded. "Now you two just rest and eat." She put rabbit in front of them.

 

Natalie sat down next to Lupin and licked his face. She smiled and nudged the rabbit closer to him in a sign she wanted him to take the first piece.

 

He smiled but nudged it back to her. "She-wolves first."

 

She tore the rabbit in half and gave him one half.
"This works better," she said then started chewing on her half.

 

"Yeah." He tore a bit off and ate it. Pausing he licked his wound but stopped mid lick.

 

She chewed a piece and looked over at him. She smiled and licked his nose.
