Something I did this morning around 1am-ish... Or later. I was so hyper... Anywho. Huge improvement compared to what I normally do, in my opinion. Though the scanner fails at picking up light lines so I had to edit the brightness and contrast slight for all of it to show, got kind blurrly... I still like it. Cnc would be liked still, of course. Now I just need to figure out what to do with it... http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x155/hitna3510/random0012.jpg
Those legs are inordinately small and though I love the depth in the foot placement I feel like it's not quite carrying through to the whole body. It's around the level I work on, maybe a notch or two better, but I think you're still not past the stage where you should be studying tutorials on the human figure. I work with this one mostly because it's a one stop shop for most of the basics and it's got lots of example pictures. I suggest you find one that works for you though if this one isn't very helpful. The next step is finishing it, I haven't gotten to that from here really so I don't have much to suggest other than use reference material. Keep it up.
Hmm... I'll see what I can do to fix that. Thanks for the tips and stuff. I really like the person who comes in with advice. Good luck to the both of us then.
