Winter time

Mia looked down again. "I'm six months pregnant." she whispered. Then she looked up. "That's why I came here. A new start, and all that." She waited for him to leave, creeped out by the pregnant teen. It happened all the time.

 

Mia looked up, surprised he was still there. She smiled timidly. "It doesn't bother you?" she asked shyly. "And no, I don't need help with 'stuff', but thanks. I'm gonna walk around for a bit." She gave him her cell number. "That's if you need anything." She smiled, then started walking again.

OOC: I have to go to bed too, :( see you later!!

 

Mia smiled, kept walking. Then, she suddenly turned around. "Are there any good skating rinks around here?" she asked, trying not to fall again.

 

'Kay I'll add you.....

Bic: Talia was close to her house. She saw a couple teen from her school talking, but se just walked past them. Talia herd her cellphone ring. She stopped walking and dug the phone out of her pocket and answered the phone:
"Hello?... Oh hi mom... Late? Whatd'ya mean late? It's only..."
Talia peeked at her watch.
"... What time was dinner again?... Oh, sorry... But I don't have any money anymore! I cant go eat at a restaurant!... Look mom, I'm sorry I missed dinner, but... Fine" Talia mumbled and close the phone.
"Now what?" she asked herself.
She had missed dinner and her mom wasn't gonna let her eat it there anymore. She had to buy her own food.
"F*ck, I'm starving..."


Heidi and Haley had been skating for a while already.
"Its getting dark. Maybe we should go"

"Hm. Sorry?"

"I said, maybe we should go"

"Oh... Okay..." Heidi said

Haley looked at her friend.
"So you wanna eat some pizza?"

"Yeah, sure..."

"Hel-lo?! Earth to Heidi! You hate pizza!"

"Hm, What?"


Luna was laying on her bed. She had a plate and a fork next to her bed. She didn't feel like eating it with her family. Everyone would be babbling about what they did today.

 

Riley stepped by Holden. She only heard little bits and pieces of the conversation, but she heard enough. Since she and Holden were talking to each other, she was going to wait to speak up. It would be kind of rude to interrupt them.

OOC: Wooots.... I get to go to the doctor today... yeah me. XD I'll try to get on after I get back from other activities.

 

OOC: I have to go, be back in two hours.

BIC: Mia noticed the girl standing next to Holden. "Never mind." she said, then turned and walked away, still smiling.

 

After the two had skated (or rather Jayden had taken a few hard falls and then decided to just look at Hannah skating) for a while, the low temperature chased them off the ice. Hannah, still a bit bewildered by her friends sudden quietness suggested:
"Hey, how 'bout we rent a movie or something, and go to my place. You could sleep on the couch or something, and we could have some kinda movie-marathon or something... I mean, it's the first time in a while when we can stay up most of the night and all..."
Jayden seemed to stir out of his thoughts. He had barely noticed that they were back on the streets.
"Yeah, that sounds like a plan, I'll just call mom and make sure it's okay... What should we rent?"

 

Riley chuckled. "Okay, this way." She turned and walked passed the same houses they went by a few moments ago. On the fourth house, she turned and walked up the sidewalk. "This is it."

 

Mia kept walking. After slipping a little more, and almost falling twice, she came to a movie store. She wondered whether to go inside. Then her stomach rumbled. She smiled. Even if I don't rent a movie, I can get candy. Right now she wanted something chocolate. She walked inside, to check out the selection of chocolately items.

 

"They're very easy going," she said with a smile. "Though sometimes... ah, it just depends on the day." She walked up to the front door and opened it, stepping inside and leaving it open for Holden. "I'm home!"

 

Mia walked along the rows of candy, choosing two different candy bars that had dark chocolate in them. Her cell phone rang. "Hello?" she asked. then she sighed. "I don't want to talk about it right now, Mom. I'm fine. Bye." she hung up, then checked out several horror films. There were a couple she hadn't seen. To rent? Or not to rent?

 

A woman, not looking too old or too young stepped in from a room. "Oh Riley, you're home." She saw Holden behind Riley and smiled kindly. "And who's this?"

"Mom, this is Holden. Holden, Mom." Riley saw Holden was a bit uncomfortable, and she couldn't blame him. She hoped that her mom was in a better mood today.

"Oh... nice to meet you Holden. Are you here to study or... hm... just to hang out?"

 

Mia ended up renting the scariest, mosted rated R horror film she could find, then bought three chocolate candy bars. She put two in her coat pocket, and began eating the other one. The baby kicked, and she smiled. "Chocolate. The essence of the soul." she murmured, smiling. She stepped out into the cold, and began walking home. It was dark now, and she couldn't go ice skating tonight even if there was a rink. She sighed. Time to face the wrath of her parents.

 

After a rest or hardly a rest Brad was up and decided he was gonna roam a little while. Uncle wasnt home so i guess it is ok to be out. He started walking down the street

 

Mia walked slowly home, eating the first candybar slowly. She wondered vaguely if there was somewhere else she could stay. Her parents would be mad, but she didn't mind if they kicked her out. Then at least she could do what she wanted without getting in trouble for it. She walked past a couple houses, that had lights on. Mia kept walking. Either she would get home, find a hotel, or...she didn't know what.
