Windows Movie Maker keeps freezing

    It's pretty weird because my pc is pretty fast right now, but whenever I start up Windows Movie Maker, it freezes and won't react anymore...

    Are there any updates I have to get?

    Not that I know of. If you have too many files imported to it, it can work very slowly/freeze. Try deleting some files from "Collections".

    Movie Maker is known for its tendency to freeze all the time. Deleting stuff from Collections may help, and try to work with .WMA (audio) or .WMV (movie) files.

    Other than that, just save often.
