Does anyone know how to change the 12 hour time format on the Windows clock to 24 hour time format and switch back and forth between the two? Is this even possible?
If so can you provide a step by step guide?
I have windows 7 if that makes a difference.

I think this is what you're looking for?:

    1. Click the clock on your taskbar to pull up the calendar
    2. Select "Change date and time settings..."
    3. In the date and time tab, click "Change date and time..."
    4. Now in the Date and Time Settings box, select "Change calendar settings"
    5. Click on the Time tag in the resulting window and select your desired type under "Time formats"

    For 24 hour time:
    Short time: HH:mm
    Long time: HH:mm:ss

    For 12 hour (AM/PM) time:
    Short time: h:mm tt
    Long time: h:mm:ss tt

Press apply and you should be set.
