    Black always seems to be the color of a system that says "look we're hardcore and grown up!!" like how desperate PS3 was and their extremely creepy white room commercials (well they were black on PS2 also so I guess it didn't come out of nowhere). But I know Wii U wont really do it, but I could imagine it will try to advertise itself as more of a 'hardcore' gaming console, since many gamers think of the Wii as a casual gamer kind of deal.

    multiple colours at a launch can be a smart choice. Not everyone likes white, not everyone likes black. The release date on these are most likely going to be October to December. We no its Q4 but that's about all we know.
