Ok. I have a Wireless Router, but I don't know if it's plugged in correctly. Also, I've been trying to use nintendowifi.com for some help. I DON'T UNDERSTAND A SINGLE WORD IT SAYS!!!!!!

Can anyone, who's had experience with these kinds of problem, please help me? T.T

P.S: I've tested the connection using my Nintendo DS and it always gives me this error code: 51300

First thing first is to make sure that the wireless router set up correctly. xD

Ok, on the Wi-Fi Connection Setup screen:
1: Press on "Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection settings"
2:Press on one of the "Connection" boxes. (Make sure it says none on it, otherwise just erase the settings.)
3:Click on "Search for an Access Point"
4: wait for it to find Access points
5: click on the strongest access point from the list of results
    6: Do connection test
7: it should be fine after that. =/

Ok. I tried it on box 2 and this time it gave me code 52001.

This is what the DS said:

Unable to obtain an IP address. Move within range of access point or Check DHCP settings.

How am I supposed to check DHCP settings?

Alright, here's how you set one up:

    - Look around the router. If there are any numbers like IP Address or WEP, write them down and put it somewhere very, VERY safe.

    - If it came with an installation disk, use that now.

    - Plug it into the wall and your computer.

    - Windows should now detect it. You may have to put in some numbers here and there, and you should encrypt it.

    Now for Wi-fi:

Sit next to your router and set it up. xDDD

    Dirty! [/Lorelai moment]

Well... On the back of you computer there should be a couple things that look a bit like Phone jacks... I think they're called 'Ethernet'... I'll give you the exact one in a minute.

    *Crawls under computer*

EDIT: Yeah, it's the one that says Ethernet.

Ok...what if my PC only has one ethernet hole? The rest are Ethernet USB ports. Dx

My modem is using a blue cable that's connected to the PC's Ethernet non USB port.

    ?.?

Plug it into the Ethernet hole it fits in, most likely the non-USB ones. If you were using Dial-Up, unplug that Ethernet cable and put it in there.

@.@ Uh you know what....my dad already talked to this guy who's a computer wiz. He's coming over to fix it. xD Thanks for the advice, though. I'll make sure to keep this in mind if the other guy can't fix it.
