Kingdom Hearts II Why wasn't there a Peter Pan/Neverland Level?

it was a world i was sad to see get the axe, but i'm a PoTC fan so i was satisfied. i believe that for the lack of possible storyline and redundance is why there was no Neverland to be seen in 2.

BBS on the other hand, possible, but i'd rather see another PoTC tale in BBS, possibly a tale during the mutiny against Sparrow.

 

Yeah, at least we had the Peter Pan/Tink summon which to me, was the best Summon in the game to completing the Jiminy Journal objectives. Stitch was the other one that was tremendously useful. They were the only two summons I have bothered to use with any repetition in any KH game, except when I was just leveling the others up. I do hope though in KH3 we get to go see more of Neverland and do some fun things. Whether POTC is in the next game or not, Neverland has so many aspects to it and potential.

 

hmmm...it depends. maybe there could be many possibilities, but maybe the creators has not given the permission to create that world, like Tarzan's

 

Here is some small evidence that suggests Neverland was ment to be in there. I think noruma also mentioned neverland not being a world for some reason.

Anyway these are hidden Reaction Commands in the game, not sure what they do.

Intersting, Reaction Commands replaced a world without storyline, the best thing they could've done.

 

Because Port Royal took the place of Neverland.
I guess Enix wanted to put in new worlds too..

 

I was thinking the same thing. The Neverland world was pretty good in the first game (at least, I think so). But like what the others said early on in the thread, it's probably because there was already another pirate world in the game.

 

I agree with the pirate world thing, plus, there wasn't much else you could do in Neverland that you didn't already do without seeming like a filler. Plus they made him a summon, so that did at least reincorporate him into the game.

 

i think its a goodthing that neverland wasnt in KH II. to tell you the truth i didnt notice it was gone until i saw this thread!
