Kingdom Hearts II Why must i keep using swap magic

    Yesterday I got KH2Fm+ and I started re com so i used my swap magic to play it. When I played it later I had to use it again. Whenever I want to play re com i have to use swap magic. How come i have to keep using it? I thought you only had to use it once and that's it.
