i no i probably spelled his name wrong but oh well! lol! i think that he paid to become leader!

 

Why would you say that? My only guess is too why he is leader cause he formed them so he gets to be leader.

He makes the Organization, he leads them. Simple as that

 

he became leader because he formed the organization. O_o that's...really the reason why. -nodnod- although...thinking that the rest of them paid him to be leader sounds amusing. XP

Thanks to Xehanort's knowledge, he probably knows the most about how to make themselves{the Nobodies} whole again. The 5 immediately below him are Xehanort's former apprentices and then the last 8 are Nobodies they gathered from dieing worlds.

Seriously, I think he just walked up to his five commrades when they turned into Nobodies, and he said "Follow me or die..." And...they followed him...

Xemnas is in charge cos he is powerful and no one in the group ever makes their chair as tall or taller than his chair cos he creeps all of them (except maybe Saix) out and he is powerful (I remember KHFM 1). But has George Lucas Sued Square Enix yet?

 

He controls Nothingness and he is a nothing.... or darkness or whatever. He scares the other members so maybe he blackmailed them or something but I do think it was because he started the organisation.
