Kingdom Hearts II Why everybody loves Roxas?

I meant without borrowing someone else's keyblade. Or did you forget that to get two keyblades without borrowing someone else's, Sora splits his in two, and to do so, he has to use his Magic Clothes to absorb his friends. Which, in summary, means he needed Magic Clothes to dual-wield. :/

Aharharhar. You misunderstood me. And, for the record, no-one in KH is realistic. ESPECIALLY those who wield giant keys. Practical, yes, depending on the situation. Realistic, no. :/

The reason Roxas wields two Keyblades is not that hard to figure out, instead of 3. For one reason, it would look silly for him to wield 3 and only have two hands. He cannot do any of the tricks like Sora can in his Forms so he has to hold only two. The other reason is this: The 'Base' Keyblade is Kingdom Key, which links him to Sora. Now you have Oblivion, which ties directly to Riku. And Oathkeeper which comes from Kairi. So Kingdom Key being the base makes it possible for these two other Keyblades. When Oathkeeper or Oblivion is around, you won't see the Kingdom Key. That's why he wields two Keyblades though is the direct correlation between the 3 characters and his connection to Sora...and then Sora's connection to Riku and Kairi.

Uh, Sora can wield 3 keyblades if he 'borrows' Roxas's. And I can assure you, it does not look silly. What does that tell you? :\

I like Roxas because he looks cool, has a cool personality, and downright screams "LIKE ME!!!".

I think roxas was a bit whiny but still a cool character ^^

 

He's having dreams of people he doesnt know,two different people are trying to sway him into believing their cause and idea's,and he's invisible to all his friends..I'd be a little whiny and pissed too.

At least one of these fits Roxas' personality, IMO. Not the giant-key-wielding part, the part where he responds to things like anyone in real life would.

 

I actually never liked Roxas or Sora…It was always about Demyx…or Zexion.

Haha, quite frankily, I hate that nobody. He is just...ugh, I don't know. Just like Seifer or whatever his name is, "Why does looking at you always tick me off?" Same here >_>

And because he can't make up his mind. Plus, Riku is just pwns more.

And because Riku is actually human. Just with super-natural powers...

I have a feeling we will understand and I will love Roxas more once 358/2 Days comes out.

 

I think Roxas is really cute and just for some reason I like him better than Sora. I didn't really like Sora at KH1

 

I won't say I hate Roxas, but he definitely wasn't my favorite character. Most of the reasons I hear to like him more than Sora are all about his appearance or that he can wield two weapons...which Sora can too and did so at the end of KH2 when he took WttD and his own Keyblade versus Xemnas. He's blond..I don't get why this is important but I guess it's because a majority of people seem to find blond to be more attractive. He wears better clothes...he is wearing -chaps-. Sora's clothes are outlandish too, but chaps went out with the cowboys. He's more realistic...to me he just seemed more emo and whiny and ignoring the fact he did have at least one good friend and he blew him off utterly.

I do prefer Riku more as he is one of the best developed in the game for personality and grew up a lot. But then again, I try to not 'compare' characters so much. I just didn't find Roxas to be that interesting, though I admit his BBC counterpart, Ven is something I am wanting to learn more about.

 

Even though I do like Sora, I like Roxas as well. I'm not sure what it is about Roxas that so many people find appealing--I'm not a fangirl, but I do enjoy his character. I don't know, he's quiet and pretty troubled, just something people like about a person I'm guessing. He also has such a...hopeless future, if you know what I mean, so people pity him.

 

I think it's because we see that Roxas has everyday problems and we can relate more than we can with, the almost too good for his own good, Sora

 

I dont like Roxas THAT MUCH.
I DO like him, but i like Sora more.
