Why "Drake?"

    I've always wondered this question...why did Aubrey Graham decide to choose the stage name Drake? It is his middle name or something?

    Thats what Wikipedia says so it COULD be true.

    But I'm just going off a line from congratulations "Dad named me Drake, Footz named me Drizzy" so in saying his dad named him that he could mean his dad is the one who decided on his middle name.
