Kingdom Hearts II why didnt they just have kept sora's slieghts and dodge roll in kh1 for kh2

    that wat really bugs me i mean that would be cool considering it would be usefull and powerful

    Well, considering that the party couldn't use their abilities in Castle Oblivion without the aid of cards, it'd make sense that Sora couldn't use sleights without them. Not to mention the fact that Sora forgot everything that happened in there.

    And dodge roll is there. Atleast in FM.

    Well, there's a handy replacement for Dodge Roll in KHII. It's called Quick Run and it is in my opinion better and more useful than Dodge Roll.

    One thing makes dodge roll better than quick run. You are invincible while performing dodge roll. While performing quick run, you still take damage.

    well it said only in castle oblivion he learned those abilitys in kh1
    and in FM there is limit form that means he didnt forget them

    Different game, different moves that Sora can do. I guess it all depended on what Sora would be fighting in each game and what would be more useful considering the situation.

    KH2 does have Aerial Dodge, and Quick Run, they're really useful.

    but dodge roll and strike raid are usefull too so is reganork

    Aerial dodge really helps you when fighting Zemnas, y'know when he puts lasers around in a circle and hits you, with dodge roll you've would've gotten nowhere, since there is an invisible box around you at the time he's doing that

    but dodge roll would have been helpful in the xaldin battle and hades paradox cup also when ur facing sephy

    Timed Guards/Parries are helpful in both of those lazies.

    Technically, Dodge Roll is in KH2 but only as a RC for Minute Bombs when they blow up.

    but still its no excuse cause they have it in kh2 fm

    yeah but im talking about as a growth ability or atleast more then a RC like u can only do it in wisdom form or something i mean they atleast gota give some compasion for the original kh because without kh1 how would kh2 come out

    well kh2 is old now so no point in changing it
    but it would be cool to have moves like reganork in kh2 for regualr sora >O

    I think it'd be pointless to have Ragnorok, it'd probably do something like use up all your MP and then you're screwed.
    Also the enemies in KHII move a hell of a lot faster and Ragnorok would be pretty much useless. :/
    As for Dodge Roll I hardly used it anyway.
    Besides, using old moves would've been a bit boring, at this point I'd expect Sora to be able to do a bit more than roll around on the ground.
