I concur.. Picture a two player kingdom hearts. One person is master one is final. To me final is heaps faster. And once you have got hit once your at the mercy of his combo. Your pretty much dead unless you have second chance. I find masters combos slower and easier to dodge and although master has ariel dodge its a split second thing, which final form can just attack again. Plus is nion impossilbe to hit final once hes spazed up unless of course magic but that aint enough to take it down.

Anti I would say is the next. Dont ask. We can't actully class anti anywhere since it all depends on how the battle goes. Anti is hella fast and his combo is like endless. plus he cant be attacked physicly head on when hes spazing out. It really depends on who gets the first hit. If anti is pulled into a combo its ****ed. No heal, 150% damage ect. But if Anti hits first they would be sucked into a endless combo of doom. Which would most likely put it down to 1hp.

So, just because Anti can't heal, he is useless? Ok, let me bring in this scenario. You take all the forms and Bring them to the real world, where you have to let your body heal naturally, and there's no such thing as magic. Well, Wisdom's power is magic, so he's out, Master just lost half his strength, so he's out because he has half Valor's strength and half Wisdom's magical ability. With the magic gone, he only has half Valor, so he's out. Valor, Final, and Anti are left. Final loses most of his power because most of it relied on magic. There's no real strength involved. He can't glide either so no escaping. He's out. That leaves Just Anti and Valor. At this point, it could go either way. Valor has amazing strength, so he could pwn Anti pretty easily, if he could catch him. That's where Valor Loses. Anti outruns him, then charges back. Valor is tired out, so Anti can quickly dispath of him with a quick flurry of Punches. Anti Wins.

    Oh that does make sense.
    ...
IF this were a contest on how to place certain forms in areas where one or two would have a clear advantage. But since this is a "Which form is strongest?" and we're assuming this all takes place somewhere in the Kingdom Hearts universe, your attempt at making Anti come up stronger fails.

Let's not also forget that Anti is fast, but also very weak. It's strength is hitting multiple times in one attack, like Final, and after any combo it's at the mercy of any enemy, as Anti form does like to go aerial a great deal. If this is all equal strength, Anti would probably out half of Valor's health in a combo, and Valor would retaliate with one combo, putting it out completely.
Anti was MADE to be the worst form.
    That's why it's a PENALTY form.

The point about Final and Master made a little bit up ago is true. Like I said, Final can pull off some wicked combos, but since each form is based around Sora, Second Chance is a given.
Aerial Dodge is a hard maneuver to pull off, but if ANY attack is made while spinning, the spin lasts until the attack is over. Since Final has maybe two gaps in its attacks, Master would either continue the spin (Depending on how early) or have a chance to counter.

Besides, Final may be super strong, but think about the magic Master could pull off. 1.5 damage per each magic, coupled with a full four combo Reflect spell. Yeah, Final's little display of super keys would easily be it's downfall.
Granted the same can be done for when Master starts attacking, but the damage won't be as severe when reflected from Final back onto Master.

Which makes me wonder, what would happen if one attack was Reflected back and forth between the two? I mean, whoever would get the final Reflect would send at least three health-bars worth of damage back per little explosion, meaning that if done well, you could out Xemnas easily.
Would be pretty cool, if you ask me.
