Possibility that the Organization member was Xemnas. Maybe just hours before his timed demise at the hands of Sora.

The armoured guy was obviously a Chaser.

 

I'm thinking it was a heartless boss, kind of like the one in Beauty and The Beast land... not the round ball one... but the mutated monster one.

 

maybe the chaser is the one who was walking toward the other three in the sercret ending and also maybe that's the T.E.S you fight in kingdom hearts 2 final mix

ok, we know the org member is xemnas. who else would know about a huge machine that creates heartless UNDER ANSEM'S study. And under that machine is a hidden passage that leads to a room with cages. this next part is something my friend told me: "In Ansem's reports, it said that he experimented with people's hearts and kept the heartless in the lowest section of the castle. well, that room with the cages looks like its the farthest down. he probably did his experiments there, and other things might lurk down there too."
hmm....chasers? new enemies? heartless so powerful ansem had to lock them away? maybe, maybe not. it all depends. speculation is fun.
