    He doesn't have a nobody since he hasn't died yet, he only gave into the darkness letting Ansem take over his body while his mind was trapped inside XD

    As Fayt said, he has no Nobody. There is a topic on this in the KH2 thread if you want to use the Search function to find it. It's well explained in there. Riku never lost his heart to Darkness. He fell to Darkness as in gave into it but his spirit was strong enough to resist being 'consumed' by it and he endured in Darkness even without his body, maintaining a link to it as Xehanort's Heartless (Ansem) was parading around in his body. He remained in Darkness and helped seal the door to keep Xehanort's Heartless there in Darkness after Sora defeated him. Later, he goes to Castle Oblivion and fights to keep his body and defeats Xehanort's Heartless. So Riku never lost his Heart at all through the series and has no Nobody.
