Kingdom Hearts II who is ''he''??

This, I know, but why P says that it's relevant to who 'he' might be is a mystery.

And it does make sense that it would be Axel, considering he left everything up to Sora in the end and eventually gave up on trying to get Roxas back in the first place.

But I dunno, I doubt Roxas would really know anything about Terra.

I mean, I know he is basically Ven, but we have to remember Ven's heart went through the process of Nobodyification, so we dn't know what happened to the memories of Ventus. Maybe they stayed in Sora, maybe they're suppressed; but the main thing is that Roxas is his own person more or less, and this is 11 years post-TVA, so I'm inclined to believe Roxas knows nothing of what happened 10+ years ago.

Anyway, considering what we know of Nomura, he would make a way to where Roxas and Terra have some kinda connection thing going on, which, as you said, they do already [with the whole Ven/Roxas deal].

Still, I strike out the 'Terra' and 'Keyblade to Sora over Riku' option.

 

I always thought Roxas was talking about the keyblade but you guys make a lot of sense when you say Axel.
Now that I think about it Roxas talking about Axel makes a lot more sense.
Diz also makes sense but it would make more sense to be either the Keyblade or Axel.
