    After you register. Then you'll get an e-mail to validate your account. Once you do that, I guess it's a waiting game. Like it says, it's currently in it's beta mode and it can't just flood everyone in at once. You'll get an e-mail on when you can enter, but it'll be sometime before the official opening.
