Of course, it thought it would have been more suitable if Luxord had been in charge.

Though one thing always bothered me: Why did Marluxia and Larxene want to overthrow the Organization?

 

You have a good point there...I never really would have thought of that (even though you probably read it somewhere).

Well, Marluxia was already in charge while Xemnas was absent, and Larxene wanted to take over the Organization herself (my feelings for her), which perhaps lead them both to wanting to work thogether on overthrowing the Organization. It doesn't really answer the question, but gives a reason how they sort of thought of it...

 

Yeah, it was sexist, but I think Nomura was basically implying that 'Xemnas' would be that sexist to not leave a woman in charge. Luxord would have been a better choice but it seems that a lot of people Xemnas didn't seem to care about ended up there while others were doing things. Why Zexion and Lexaeus ended up there though, is an odd thing since it seems both were loyal to the Org for the most part. Vexen and Marluxia were the two investigating things they shouldn't have been.

Which leads to the next question you asked. Marluxia and Vexen both were doing research and snooping around as to why Xemnas was 'sleeping' and into his private affairs. Marluxia found a weakness and when Sora showed up, he saw it as a vantage point to get rid of Xemnas and take over, using the Keyblade wielder to do so. However, Sora was less than cooperative. Vexen also wanted to try to use Sora and then they found Riku and tried to use him, but Riku was just as stubborn to not be used, if not more so than Sora.

Vexen knew Marluxia wanted to use Sora and take over the Org so he planned to counter using Riku, and when Riku was proving too stubborn, the Riku Replica was brought out. In the end, Marluxia wanted to run the Org and Vexen wanted Xemnas gone too, but certainly was not willing to let Marluxia take charge, so they were foiling each other's plans, while Riku and Sora were struggling to not be used and get by. I believe that's the basic gist of the whole thing. Marluxia -at least- knew where Xemnas was as he slept and if Sora would have gone along with what he wanted, he'd have been top dog. Larxene I think was just in it because she did not like the status quo and being held back, and Xemnas was pretty stern with the Nobodies. She had been not happy at being forced to join so it worked for her to aid Marluxia when such a promising fate occurred (Sora showing up and Marluxia using Namine to draw him there.).

 

I enjoied killing him! It some how was fun.

 

I did... I cried out of happiness and frustration mixed together, the battle was too long for my liking...

 

I enjoyed fighting him...I didn't cry when he got what he deserved...
It's like me saying:

"Who cried when they defeated Xemnas/Mansex?"

I thought there would be more forms,i was so sad....

 

I was glad when I killed both of them. It meant I was a good to average player.

 

I didn't cry, I smiled. He was such a pain in the ass to fight.

Though I felt a little saddened by Axel's death.

 

no way I didn't cry I was so happy when I beat him I threw my gameboy on the floor on the ground and it snapped in half :roll: (don't worry I have like 30 gba's)

 

Um, lol...? That was a bit extreme, but I lol'd.

I was so happy when I beat him, not sad. He is one my favorite characters, but...he was so damn hard to beat lol.

I mean, having pink hair, a shiny pink sythe and the power of flowers makes Marluxia that much more badass.

Yes..I didn't cry...however it was so saddening...he is my favorite character in all of Kh too....

 

Never cried for anyone,though it was a shame Lexaeus.He fought like a man,and didn't make excuses like Larxene or Repliku

I lol'd one of the funniest death scenes of all time IMO.

 

I'd have to agree that Marluxia was a cool character though. It was fun defeating him though, that's my opinion.
