Can he read kangii (a form of japanese) and does he know how to find and replace the text in the ELF file? If so tell him to email me. Only help I might get is with saito otherwise this will be a VERY VERY VERY long project.

yea, released last year i think, just play it in English, you'll enjoy the script, it's so funny becuz it sucks so much, lol. and plus i heard there were like a HELLA lot of new stuff in English version too
