for any ones that are green: Well, hey, we haven't seen happy flower land yet.:D
For any ones white: Erm... Couldn't we stick with Larxene coming from a very... STORMY world? It only makes sense, y'know.

For any ones yellow: THAT WHAT I SAID! WOOHOO!:D
For the one that is red: Hey, nobody else is sure where Saix came from either, but alot of the guesses go out towards TWTNW or Twilight Town, as far as I know.
And for Roxas: Well, it's obvious that he came from Twilight Town, but maybe he could've also come from Destiny Islands? Maybe?:unsure:
As for Axel, we can safely assume he is either from Twilight Town or Halloween Town.

 

Well,the first six came from Radiant Garden since they were Ansem's apprentices.As for the rest I say they came from new worlds that we don't know
