Which sephiroth battle tougher KH or KHII

KH1, no contest. There's just so little at your disposal in that game. By KH2, Sora really starts to become a proper swordsman; he has a lot more useful techniques and he's perfected his original skills. KH2 Seph is probably easier than Xaldin for me; I can deadlock him into doing almost nothing. KH1 Seph is harder to approach, has more hit resistance, and is overall more aggressive. Plus, KH1 Seph can do to you in two or three quick, precise hits what KH2 Seph needs several sweeping, telegraphed combos to accomplish. When I approach the former, I basically have to pray he doesn't hit me; when I approach the latter, I pray he does because I can consistently stop him and open him up for a combo.

Then again, I still think the Ice Titan is harder. Lv100 or not, he makes you work for the kill. Both Sephiroths can be "figured out;" I hate that about bosses. A well-designed enemy may have a weak point or a pattern that cripples them, but they're just better than you; you have to have the skill to keep that pattern up or reach that weak spot over and over, and worse yet, they'll keep making it harder. Ice Titan behaves like a Devil May Cry boss, in a lot of ways.

 

I thought Sephiroth in KH1 was a lot harder. Then again, I played it when I was younger and sucked at it.

 

I can't beat either. D: Is both an option?

But probably KH1. In KH2 I can get at least five health bars down, in the first one I've hardly made a dent in the first one by the time he kills me.

 

the khII was pretty hard even as a lv.99 but you can do it on khI to cool how do you do it where do you go on khI to do it

really khII is easy khI is kinda medium.

 

KH1 Sephiroth was definitely harder due to the small battle arena and Sora didn't have that many great attacks unlike KH2 which he has a ton of finishers and moves.

KH2 Sephiroth is only easy as long as you know how to guard or avoid his ground combos and it's much easier to avoid most of his moves with Sora's growth abilities. The battlefield is also a lot more spacious.

 

I'd say KHI Sephitoth was harder. I took forever to beat his sorry butt

 

why did they make kh1 sephiroth harder then kh2 sephiroth

 

I think just in general KH1 is way harder than KH2. Sephiroth is there to prove it :P
That's why they added a new difficulty in Final Mix +

 

KHI. All the battles were tougher, including that one.

 

I think it was harder in KH2


in KH I just needed some elixirs and magic to use the sonic blade


I could easily tell when he was going to attack


and even avoid the heartless angel attack (though in both KHs that's easy)



in KH2 I had it hard when he bashed me in the air and then attacked with 100 hits and then used those dark spheres and finaly crushed me just with a simple attack


but in KH2 FM it was really easy with the limit form...I was surprised how easy it was even in critical mode...he didn't even used his max power, when he gets covered in darkness and starts flying around

 

Well i think sephiroth of KH1 was more harder since at that time Sora did'nt had any advance attacks and we could'nt use RCs so it was a bit haredr since i beat the Sephi in KH2 at my 2nd try ^^"

 

KH1. Although, one thing about KHII Sephiroth was harder, when he used Sin Harvest Angel in KH1, I could easily stop it. KHII, not so much.

 

KH1 he was alot harder i cant even get more then 3 hits on him still to this day and i first fought him 4 years ago

 

in kh1 was the hardest he uses that big blast on you can't even dogde

kh2 was easy beacuse you press the trialge button to block his move to prevent your heath to get low

it was hard when he come near you you can't even heal your self when he attacks fast.

 

KH1 was harder I could not beat him even through I was on LV.99. I was first when I got a strategy I could beat him. In KH2 it was just to get on a high LV and then smash him into oblivion.

 

KH1 definitely. True that even on Beginner mode it was hard for me to deal a decent amount of damage to him but at least I could hit him at all as opposed to getting killed less then ten seconds into the fight. I still hate being set up to get screwed over by him.

 

Definitely the one in the first game.
In the second game he is much more predictable and not as deadly, plus there was always trinity limit if you needed it.

 

I'm gonna say the Sephiroth from KH1 was hardest, especially the Final Mix one. (He abuses those damn fire pillars! :yelling:) I thought it was also pretty easy to mess up when you were trying to interrupt his "Descend Heartless Angel" attack.

Also, I honestly thought this one was a lot cooler, too. Pretty cool intro (even though you have to watch it again and again if you lose) and cooler desperation attacks such as omnislash and those meteors.

 

I believe the Sephiroth battle in the first KH was the hardest of all.

 

I think the battle in the first game is the hardest.
But, of course, both are tough.
