    Saix definetly has the most effective battle style. When he goes berserk, and he catches you in a corner, you're as dead as can be! Xigbar would be a second, because he can teleport around, and change the battle platform.

    Roxas,Brutality + Speed is the best combination ever.
    Second,Larxene(She uses Claws and Clones,the second best combination ever)
    Third, Zexion,literature is mortal.
