I say V1 is the best, since it's brighter and more presentable.

but if I were to make a suggestion, I suggest resizing tinkerbell, because it looks sorta flat.

 

The first one is good for a five-year-old...bright and cheerful. It does look flat, but also I would like it if it was slightly darker but so not as dark as numver two. If that makes sense, cause it looks faded bright, if that makes sense lol Cute by the way though. I would have liked to know about computer when my sister was five. So I could do something tlike that.

 

I'd say the first one. More brighter, and looks. . . . better brighter. xD

definetly the first one - nice and bright - bright colours have always been what 5 year old girls love, though you should resize it a bit and move her up

I agree, v1 is alot better and you really might want to move Tinkerbell up a little
