I played all, and I really mean all, LoZ games, and I must admit, I like TP the best. Good graphics, nice story, and alot of things to do. OoT is great too.

I played the original and Adventure of Link when they came out on Gamecube (The Collector's Edition, I believe?)
I blame it on the graphics, but I just couldn't get into the games at all. Adventure of Link was too side scrolly in my opinion. LoZ was alright. Reminded me of the SNES and Gameboy games, but the graphics brought it down. I know I shouldn't blame the graphics, considering the time they were made, but I felt like I could have the same effect of playing that game by playing A Link to the Past
Which I did. I never finished it (I use a ROM, deleted my file) but I enjoyed it. And this was just last year.
I played Link's Awakening when it came out. Can't remember too much, I remmeber enjoying it though, but not to the extent of the others.
Oracle of Seasons and Oracles of Ages were alright. I didn't think they were anything special.
I haven't played Four Swords, Twilight Princess, Minish Cap, or Spirit Tracks (Is it even out yet?)
Ocarina of Time was great. I loved it. It's definitely up there on the list of forever great classics. But that's just it. It's a CLASSIC. Like FF7, it brought the series to a new medium. The game was great, but nostalgia has a play in its greatness.
Majora's Mask was a little less great, but good, nonetheless. The masks brought something new to a classic, but it didn't completely measure up to OoT.
Windwaker was a breath of fresh air. I loved it.
    I completely agree with these^
Windwaker retained some of the darkness of OoT, but it was easy on the eyes, didn't tone down anything too much. I even loved the final scene. The way Link defeats Gayassdork (who I still think is one of the better VG Villains) was epic.
Phantom Hourglass was alright. It was Windwaker, but way too short in my opinion.
Haven't played Twilight Princess. Though it seems like a darker retry at OoT. The thing that annoyed me though, was the way TP was set "hundreds of years" after OoT, while Windwaker was set a hundred years. I felt like TP ignored Windwaker's presence.

Anyway, out of the ones I've played, I'll have to say Windwaker is the best, OoT ties with PH afterwards, Majora's Mask falls with the rest.

    Majora's mask.

Once you play though the whole game, you understand why its the best. I would never have said this half a year ago, but once I actually played it for longer then 10 minutes(I bought it on wii ware, before that I had only rented it on my 64) I found it was a really fun game.
Ocarina of Time would be second best, next would be Wind Waker.
Third would have to be a tie between The legend of Zelda, and Adventure of Link, both great games way to hard though.
Twilight Princess was a whole wtf for me, and I didn't play any other except seasons and ages but they were only rented games(back when blockbuster was cool and rented out gbc games) so I really didn't get very much into it.

A Link to the Past was my favorite, because of it being the first game I ever played.

I can't pick favorites easily. Ocarina of Time burst my Zelda cherry way back when, so it's also got a special place in my collection (and is half the reason I'm considering a 3DS, the other is Layton v. Wright).

But my true favorites have to be Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. Wind Waker was just amazing. It got a lot of smack due to the art style, but it's just too much fun. Forget running around Hyrule on a horse. You're sailing on a boat. A boat you can then rig with a cannon and a salvage crane. Treasure chests in dungeons? Pah. Salvage them from the bottom of the ocean. Get treasures maps and find even more stuff. This game was loaded with stuff to do, and was probably the first game I managed to 100% complete, other than that massive sidequest where you have to take pictures of every character and boss to make figurines for your gallery. Plus, I think it was the first Zelda game that offered a bonus if you started the save file over again after the final boss.

Twilight Princess gets props from me because it was gorgeous to look at and was a challenge (for me at least) on the Wii. Plus you played half the time as a wolf. That always gets props from me.

OoT, though ALTTP and MM are a VERY close second. OoT was, and still is, a master piece. The characters and music are memorable, the puzzles were great, the story was fantastic and it had a fair amount to do outwith the story. To be honest, I've never disliked a Zelda game. There are ones I like more than others but it's a solid series that rarely disappoints.

I think I spent the most time on Wind Waker, I loved how vast it was and the music, and the sailing aspect, searching for treasure. I'm a more impatient gamer now, so I don't know if i'd like it as much if I replayed it.
I never completed Ocarina of Time on the N64, only after it was re-released on the gamecube. Personally, It was great, but it felt pretty empty apart from a few side quests that didn't feel very rewarding, but the main story was a great adventure.
Twilight Princess was a great update to the Zelda series, adding in the classic moments in a new and darker way, and I really would want to play it again if I had the inclination.

    I can't really decide...

I'm beginning to think that Skyward Sword may be even better than Twilight Princess. I suppose I'll have to wait until the 18th to find out.

    Oh man, tough decision...

I recently got the Collector's Edition Legend of Zelda, which has four games in one Gamecube disk (The Legend of Zelda, The Legend of Zelda II: Link's Adventure, Ocarina of Time, and Majora's Mask).
Legend of Zelda was... really strange playing. It didn't seem to have an obvious storyline. You spawned at an area, go into a cave and then a random old guy tells you it's dangerous to go alone, and gives you a sword. Then you proceed to fight some monsters. That's about as far as I got.

The Legend of Zelda II... I liked it better, definitely. It's really interesting so far, but still has its worst points. Not my favorite, but it's pretty good.

Ocarina of Time... Really fun, I was addicted immediately. Haven't finished it yet. So far, really good. I want to get it for the 3DS!

Majora's Mask... I'm going to wait until I finish Ocarina of Time to play it, so I really can't say anything about it.

My first Zelda game, Twilight Princess... What really impressed me was the graphics. It was a challenging game, of course.

I cast my vote to Twilight Princess, but Ocarina of Time is definitely a close second!
