Chain of Memories Which is better? RE: chain of memories, or Chain of memories

I say RE:Com is better. I've played both and the Play Station one is a lot better. I can't even figure out to put together the cards into those sleight things on the gameboy version. :(

 

The Re:COm is better, because you can fight with Zexion with his unique technique

 

People are obviously going to say Re:CoM so no point having a one sided poll.I'm going to say the original, since it was portable and more difficult than the PS2 version.Graphics and voices were nice in Re:CoM but some weren't the same.

/Sad face.

 

both versions have things i liked. i don't like how the difficulty was HIGHLY watered down in the PS2 version. but i dont' like the fact that the GBA version......is for the GBA......

 

I liked RE:COM a whole lot more because:
1. The field was 3-D and not 2-D
2. Cheat Codes and Action Replay could be used.
3. The graphics were a lot better than COM

 

I think the PS2 version is better and easier. Mainly because the controls are easier.

 

Of course Re:CoM. Better graphic, better combos, fighting style, etc.

 

It's a tough call for me. I got Re:CoM first when I imported Final Mix+ and didn't enjoy it. I just don't like the whole cards aspect of the battle system. So when they ported it to English, I still bought it but never beat it (I got to floor 9 or 10 at the most). The GBA game was good enough for me though. It was so much fun meeting the new characters.

 

Re: CoM. The controls on the gameplay are hard enough as it. It was super hard in the original CoM which I also have. But in general, the PS2 controls make the entire thing easier. Plus it's always good to see the CG and hear the character's voices.

 

Once again, I go for the original. It just has that charm.

 

Both have their charms.

The Original may be hard but has a good challenge to it. Making it therfore more harder and challenging than Re:CoM.

Re:CoM for controls, Graphics, and Voice Acting.

Regardless, both need a frickin' Secret boss.

 

I like Re: COM because it's more challenging and you can hear the English voices of the Organization members.

 

I've played both and i like the gba ver. more cause i could go anywhere and play it and ive only played Re:CoM in japanese so anger was involved

 

probably RECom. i liked the better graphics. but the GBA beginning and ending graphics amazed me. Square never ceases to amaze me. :D

The Re:Chain Of Memories version is better although, the card battle aspect isn't really my big favorite. Other than that, it's still a great game.

 

Re:com! because i like the graphics and the fact that the organization had voices and stuff. thats the only reason i bought the game because i HATE the card battle system!
